Wholebody Circuit – 45min (In-person only)
Class is circuit style to work the whole body using the weight of your body (hand weights optional). The circuit use a 30sec on and 10sec rest intervals, which means you will work at your own intensity and use any variation you need. Each circuit will focus on a specific muscle group, one cardio circuit in the middle at the peak of the class, followed by abdominal work, and ending with a stretch.
