Vinyasa Power Flow – 60min (In-Person only)
High energy and dynamic class that starts on a slower pace with seated stretch and moves to a faster-paced Vinyasa flow.
Perfect combination of high intensity, calorie burning with the goal to increase body strength, flexibility and improved stamina. Still focused on the body, mind, and soul connection.
