Strength SOULfusion – 60min (Zoom only)
This is a 60min workout using 2 small-medium hand weights (between 2 and 5 lbs) and a yoga mat or a smooth surface. This class is a blend of yoga-inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, strength training and final stretch. It offers modifications for all levels – start where you are. Class improves strength, balance, and flexibility, and can help improve overall fitness levels. It is driven by music, movement, and motivation. You will need a towel and water, so fun!!
