Restorative Yoga – 75min (Zoom only)
Class encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Designed for deeper stretches with longer holds, done mostly seated and laying down with no standing poses. Blanket, blocks, bolster and straps may be used if available to allow full body release.
