Barre Xpress – 30min (Zoom only)
This is a 30 min class focused on strength building and stretching to enhance flexibility and postural alignment. In this fun short class, you will achieve a great leg-booty, and abdominal work, along with a bit of upper body work. Faster-paced transitions and speedier set ups to get into position quicker and stay there longer, so stay focused & engaged to maximize each minute of class.
