This is a 30 min class focused on strength building and stretching to enhance flexibility and postural. In this fun short class, we will alternate between Barre using a chair for leg-booty, abdominal work, and a bit of upper body, and Core strengthening targeting abs, obliques, and glutes to help improve posture, balance, and stability. Faster-paced transitions to get into position quicker and stay there longer, so stay. *Barre 1st/3rd/5th and Core 2nd/4th week

Class encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Designed for deeper stretches with longer holds, done mostly seated and laying down with no standing poses. Blanket, blocks, bolster and straps may be used if available to allow full body release.

This is a 60min yoga practice on the mat that starts with a brief section of seated stretches and transition to dynamic sequences to warm up the body and increase heart rate. Each class there will be a SOULfusion flow that will move through yoga poses at tempo. The class then slows back down and will end with a relaxation, or “Savasana”

Yoga practice on the mat, designed for anyone in any level of flexibility or experience. This Class will start with seated stretches and slowly transition to standing sequences and work to a different peak pose each week. Modifications and variations offered through class to accommodate each person’s needs.

Class is circuit style to work the whole body using the weight of your body (hand weights optional). The circuit use a 30sec on and 10sec rest intervals, which means you will work at your own intensity and use any variation you need. Each circuit will focus on a specific muscle group, one cardio circuit in the middle at the peak of the class, followed by abdominal work, and ending with a stretch.

This is a 60min workout using 2 small-medium hand weights (between 2 and 5 lbs) and a yoga mat or a smooth surface. This class is a blend of yoga-inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, strength training and final stretch. It offers modifications for all levels – start where you are. Class improves strength, balance, and flexibility, and can help improve overall fitness levels. It is driven by music, movement, and motivation. You will need a towel and water, so fun!!

This is a 30-minute core strengthening class that targets abs, obliques, and glutes to help improve posture, balance, and stability. This short investment in your core enhances your ability to lift heavier weights and achieve optimal performance in all physical aspects.
