All Levels Yoga – 45min (In-person only)
Yoga practice on the mat, designed for anyone in any level of flexibility or experience. This Class will start with seated stretches and slowly transition to standing sequences and work to a different peak pose each week. Modifications and variations offered through class to accommodate each person’s needs.
*In-person only on Wednesdays at 7:00pm
